Once we receive your request with the correct artwork files, we'll create a free, curated product presentation that will include pricing and current lead times.
We understand that the ordering process can be tricky, so we offer a client portal where everything can be done in one place. Once you have selected the products and quantities you would like to move forward with, your order rep will create a sales order and send it back to you in the client portal for approval. This will be your commitment to the order and pricing.
Once the sales order has been approved, your products will be mocked up by our design team and sent back as a proof approval request. This will be your confirmation that the design is correct and accurate. We are committed to helping you bring your vision to life! Please review the artwork carefully but note that we will require the approval in a timely manner. This is the last pre-production stage, prior to printing.
Our efficient and streamlined process ensures that you and your team will have access to the client portal to check the status of your order at all times. Aside from the portal, our team will keep you updated on ETAs, tracking information and any changes that might be requested by printing department. We strive to make sure that you have the best experience possible while working with us.
Tracking will be updated in the client portal for your products. Your order rep will also send you tracking via email and confirm the final delivery with you. At that time, you may be invoiced if you were not asked to prepay for your order. Final payment is expected to be reconciled within 7 days of the invoice.
